I will not be renewing my lease.

I tried to work out terms to do so and found the Manager difficult to deal with therefore, I'll be leaving.

I do not know what everyone is complaining about. The new manager is only doing her job and the manager previous to her was horrible. She let the residents do whatever they wanted. I personally have had problems with my neighbors having parties and since the new manager came in she has addressed the issue. I am very excited about the new manager she seems to know her stuff and is doing her job. Also, the resident functions since she came here have been awesome. Keep up the good work!!

This review is obviously from the new manager, Peggy, posing as a resident. I have lived here a long time and I know for a fact that the old manager addressed all issues here. She was very friendly and people liked her. Otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed as long as I have. This is always been a great place to live up to now. You have only been here a short time so I don't know how you can judge someone else's performance that was here for years. Any impact that you have made on this community has been negative. No one is happy. Why don't you worry about your own performance as a manager instead of judging someone else.

blubbity blah you need to give it up. if all you can complain about is the office staff than you need to get a life there are worse things in the world than a property manager not having the time to deal with your nonsense and b****iness. so get off your high horse and quit saying that she is the one leaving the happy notes because belive it or not other people really like it here and are not out to make everyones life h*** by spreading lies. so take a look in the mirror if you are that unhappy then you just need to move out now and get it over with

1 you can't spell worth a crap.2 have you payed attention to yourself lately, because anyone who reads this knows that this is the Property Manager writing this. Be bold and admit it? You know you want to, just so people could see the true you and not the fake you!!and sorry but you really need to take a good long look in the mirror and scream at the uglyness.

This is Peggy, the property manager and I have not written any of the previous responses. As the property manager at Southmoor Apartments all I am trying to do is my job. I know I cannot make everyone happy all of the time, but I do my best. Please if anyone has an issue with me please come to the office and talk to me face to face instead of venting your frustrations on this website. I want Southmoor to be a pleasant place to live for everyone.
