I have been here for almost ten years. This new "blond" in the office is the absolute worst of all the leasing staff I have seen come through. I also believe the management company is at its all time low. The grounds have become advertising space for local pizza delivery places. There is a sign They never have anything for the residents anymore. They used to have family bingo nights 2x a year, easter egg hunts, halloween parties, two barbques a summer, dive in movies, free laundry weekend(once a year) and resident appreciation week. It was a real community feel. Since about the first of the year things have progressively gone down hill. The maintenance staff all seemed like really nice guys. They all are leaving one by one. The long time cleaning person has left. Its really sad how far down this property has gone.
