Until the management teams began to change frequently, around mid to late '06, this was a wonderful complex.
The grounds and buildings were maintained at a much higher level.
Having an on site manager that gets involved is crucial to keeping tenents.
It doesn't seem to be happening anymore.
In my opinion the management is attempting to maximize the occupancy rate at the expense of the current tenents by lowering the standards of the applicants; not smart.
When my lease expires in '08 I'll be moving on.
Don't bother to move in unless you are expecting noise, ineffective management and the occaisional crude, inconsiderate neighbor.

I am amazed that apparently things have deteriorated even more since I left in September, 2007. Why anyone would live there now is beyond me. I don't miss that mess at all. When I moved there in 2003 it was wonderful with staff like Lewis, Maggie and the others of that period. Now they are moronic, incompetent, rude and ill-mannered people. I would suggest EVERYONE GET OUT NOW! It is only a matter of time before they will be forced to shut it down.
