Not a friendly home anymore

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
I am a former resident. I would be a current resident if the staff in the office didn't change as often as some people change their socks. There used to be a great, reliable staff here. Very friendly and it was fun to live here. The staff knew your name, it was more like a community. I could call the office and whatever I needed would be taken care of. The former staff also use to go above and beyond their job duties. If you were going out of town, they would feed your cat for you or take out your trash. Those days are gone, that's why I moved. Residents talk and there are a lot of dissatisfied people there and a few of us tried contacting Michelson regarding our concerns. Nothing, no response, no action. So years of loyalty and being a good resident and paying my rent on time means nothing to this company. This property use to stand above the rest, that's why people stayed there for years. Now, it is below standard and people have moved out like I have never seen. Long term residents, gone and Michelson doesn't ask any questions. Maybe they should leave their office sometimes and come to the property and talk to the residents. Sounds like they need a big lesson in customer service.
