Be smart...
When you see the Southmoor sign just keep driving...
The staff at Southmoor is dishonest and will make every effort to screw you, I hate to say!
The Management (Do nothing ------) as well as the "Maintenance Crew" (Do things ------ shouldn t but do it anyway) are a joke....
Just do yourself a favor, head down the street to Butler Hill Apartments and spend your money on a better place with better people for less!

Absolutely. I left there in 2008 and haven't missed it for a second. When I first moved there it was wonderful. Then all the staff changed and it turned into a place that might be featured in a Tim Burton movie!!!!

I agree with you totally, I lived there for five years and the last year I lived there the poperty managers they hired are the stab in your back ------ and rude, the leasing cosultant dont know what she is talking about

After exploring rental options in the south county area, I have yet to find a nicer complex for the price. The office staff was cheerful and friendly. Sad to hear about bad reviews but if you're a deadbeat and can't make rent, or you are just an unhappy person, get outside and enjoy some sunshine because this really is a nice place to live. I would reccommend to check these out if you can afford to.
