The staff at Southmoor is dishonest and will make every effort to screw you, I hate to say!
The Management (Do nothing idiots) as well as the "Maintenance Crew" (Do things idiots shouldn t but do it anyway) are a joke....
Just do yourself a favor, head down the street to Butler Hill Apartments and spend your money on a better place with better people for less!

Absolutely. I left there in 2008 and haven't missed it for a second. When I first moved there it was wonderful. Then all the staff changed and it turned into a place that might be featured in a Tim Burton movie!!!!

I agree with you totally, I lived there for five years and the last year I lived there the poperty managers they hired are the stab in your back idiots and rude, the leasing cosultant dont know what she is talking about Former tenant

The property managers are real ----en ------- thats Tasha Nadeau and Alexia Romaine and they smell and their flat chested. Kristina the leasing cosultant is Brain less. but im a nice guy.

I hate southmoor apartments the landlord is a stupid idiot and he employees the same people,cheap mother -------,and their stupid partys,Tasha Nadeau is discusting.

I lived at South moore apartments and the landlord is ---!! and their aids infected staff . And the maintence staff are Homosexuals. The property looks like crap,I wouldn't live their.
