I have nothing but nice things to say about the management staff. I have had a few minor issues with my appartment, all of which were handled promptly and efficiently.
I moved here from Michigan 4 months ago and have found Southmore a very friendly and comfortable place to live. They have held several events for the tennets in the few short months I have lived here, from free partys to free ice cream events. The grounds are very well maintained, and all staff members I have had contact with have been extremly nice and helpfull. About the worst thing I can say about the complex are the carpenter bees for a few weeks in the late spring can beeeee a nusince.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
