Poor Corporate Management

The community, office staff and maintenace are very friendly. However, the corporate office does a poor job taking care of the apartments which results in poor quality living.

Three major problems:
1. They do not offer month to month leases.
2. Most people only stay one year and leave unhappy.
3. Living in the bottom unit is like living in a leaky basement. We have had six leaks in the past two years alone.

I would not recommend The Colony for a long term stay (over one year.)
