Don't do this to yourself, you will have more problems with them than you want to deal with. Our heater had to be worked on about 2-3 times.
If you would like something taken care of by contacting the office, GOOD LUCK. Don't plan on getting anywhere with the property manager either, she could care less. They will try everything to keep as much money as they can from your deposits. Hopefully you aren't a light sleeper, trash pick up is between 5:30am and 6am. But that is not a problem for mgnt. they dont live there.
