An OK First Apartment

This was a nice apartment for someone who is just starting out. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here longer than a year. Overall the office staff was great, except for the apartment manager. The few times I talked to her she did not seem to care about my concerns. (Try to deal with the assistant manager, she dealt with problems fairly quick) We had so many problems with maintenance while in the one year we lived here. From the time we moved in we had a huge crack in the concrete on our patio. We kept hearing that it would be fixed and that never happened. I finally gave up on bothering them because i knew i was moving out. This apartment is gas and electric. Some nights, for whatever reason the gas smell was so strong, I must have had them check the gas levels a half a dozen times. Parking is an issue here. The spaces are so small and most of time someone is parked crooked so you have to park crooked to compensate. As far as getting the security deposit back, i had absolutely no problem. They give you an extremely detailed list of everything they expect, as long as you follow it you should be fine. One thing i did enjoy is the growing free movie library. If you are planning to move here don't expect a palace, but overall i would say the experience was ok.
