Dangerous Complex!

Not only is the management disorganized and inconsiderate, they fail to maintain adequate security on the complex. Last month, a new resident drowned in the pool when management failed to provide a promised pool monitor. Less seriously, management fails to recognize problems with units such as a/c (even when it's over 83 degrees inside with thermo set at 70). They do keep the grounds looking nice with new signs and landscaping but often fail to provide adequate updates inside your home if you are a long term resident. You are a check here, and nothing more.
