Average for an apartment in terms of price. Office staff is clueless. Multiple answers for same questions, do not return phone calls at all. Communication is a joke. You can call ahead to pick something up and when you get to the office, they have no idea what you're talking about. Instead of checking with the other staff (especially the person you talked with who is holding what you need), they will just tell you they don't have anything and blow you off. Awful.
Instead of fixing problems (especially air conditioning), they will take the "cheap" route and have to come back (whenever they feel like) over and over again to patch a problem. Dishwasher did not wash anyting and you could hear it from outside, but would not replace since it did "run" (use that term loosely.
You can pretty much write off getting any money back whatsoever. No matter what your place looks like when you move out, something will be found and they will come up with some arbitrary figure that just happens to exceed your original (at least the refundable part) deposit.
