Rude staff poor services

If I had known St. Louis better before moving in, I'd have stayed away from The Colony of St. Louis Apartments. I'd better stay away from Draper and Kramer Inc. businesses, because they seem to have a culture of negligence and arrogance.

I addition to poor services provided by managent, there are numerous problems with the apartment buildings. First, the windows and doors are old and crappy and because they are not sealed, utility bills are expensive all year round. Second, it's noisy. Noise form your neighbor, cars and SQUIRRELS in the attic-like space.

I still live here because it is very expensive to break the lease aggrement. My warning to you is to STAY AWAY from them. Do not to be deceived by any promise of concession or enticements offers they have available. Even if they give it to you, they will find ways to screw you up too.
