I rented a remodeled 2 bedroom apartment. I have beautiful cabinets,vanities and new carpeting. The floorplan is wonderful and spacious. Management has always been welcoming and friendly when I've come into the office (Melissa is a total doll!) and maintenance has been prompt and efficient for the three requests I have made, two of which involved significant a/c problems. In each case my problem was resolved either the day I called, or if I called the night before, the very next day.

Laundry facilities are clean and seem adequate, parking hasn't been a problem. Noise can be a bit of a problem from adjoining patios when windows are open, but apartment/apartment noise is minimal. The grounds are well kept and I love looking out my floor to ceiling windows at trees and parklike settings rather than a parking lot!
