The apartment manager is quite possibly the biggest determent this place has. She is not only disrespectful but could also be classified as borderline criminal. The staff is fake, they will smile to your face but to be frank they could not care less about you when it comes to dealing professionally. If you have a problem, you are on your own. The maintenance staff is prompt (when the office bothers to inform them of what needs to be done) and competent. Also, the windows and front door leak like a sieve. Be prepared for frequent maintenance calls and fights with the property manager(middle eastern woman) she needs to be fired!

She is been the most respectful human being, She is doing more work for you than u could do for yourself. She is working harder than you know. Because you all didn't get what you want so you blame her. I think this is a great place.
