Ok Im not going to bash them in BUT I have live there for 3 years and yes the staff can be wonderful sometimes and kinda rude others. Yes the noise levels between the apartments are horrible. I seriously can hear my neighbor snore at night. The bug problem is true as well as you can hear squirles running around in the roof which I reported to the staff and they pretty much told me that they dont have enough reported incidents to take care of it (--------). Also over the summer ALOT of disrespectful people moved in calling other residents N words, Having parties with under age kids with drugs and alcohol, and vandalize peoples properties. I am mainly moving becuase of the neighbors. The parking spaces are tight. I have more door dents on my doors than a golf ball. But whateva this is just my opinion but If you are young just starting out this would be a good place for you BUT if you are mature or older I would NOT recommend living at The Colony Apartments.

Thank you for your attention.
