After reading the reviews on here I was leary about renting here, but they were running a great special and I couldn't pass it up, as I needed a place to move into now!
The management really seems to care, especially since they are remodeling everything. The clubhouse, fitness room and the new pool will be great when it opens. I have no problems with bugs or maitenance as said by previous posters.
You only hear the bad, and never the good. Most people who are happy, which I'd say are most if not all of my neighboors I've spoken to, will not post a review at all, infact I wouldn't have if I had not found these to be so misleading. It's always the people who are hard to please and would have problems anywhere they go.
The staff has NEVER been rude to me, maybe because I'm not rude to them' And as a woman, I always feel safe here, no matter what time of day or night. There's something to be said for that.
I'm very happy here.
