I lived in a construction Zone

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
When i moved in in Sept 2008 The staff never mentioned that they were going to be doing a lot of updating around the complex. Three weeks after i moved in I was awoken in the middle of the day( i wok nights) by a wood chipper that had been placed in my parking lot. After two months of this thing going every day even on sundays sometimes, i went to the staff to ask how much longer this would be going on and all they could tell me was that they were doing tree trimming in the area and they didnt know how long it would take. At the end of January 2009 it was finally removed from the parking lot. The next thing at the beginning of may there was jack hammering up of the concrete all the way around my apartment. Working nights or days, my walls were shaking. When i went to ask how long this would be going on they gave me a rough estimate and told me that the residential manger would call me back. She finally called me back four days later and had no idea why she was calling. The manager assured me that if it was going to be happening again she would call me. Four weeks later it happened again and she did not call . when i went over to the office i left a message for her and she never called me back. All this time my parking lot was the construction HQ for the apartment. Were talking two huge dumpsters bulldozers and several other construction appliances. Needless to say parking is a challenge. And to top all of it off today when i turned in my notice of not renewing my lease i was given a piece of paper giving my specific instructions on how to clean my apartment. Including taking apart my stove and cleaning it, having my carpets professionally cleaned, and waxing my floors. This place is just ridiculous. there "video surveillance" system for the pool is someone coming out on the deck with a handi cam recording. DO NOT RENT HERE. The nicest person i encountered was one of the maintenance. and not the head guy he is useless.
