The Colony's name has been changed to Fieldpointe Apartments. I have lived here one month and although I live in one of the renovated units, I have had to call maintenance for some issue or another every week since I have been here. Today, a shortage in an electrical plug, last week the dryer connection was not properly installed, the week before my dishwasher didn't work (newly installed)...they didn't hook that up properly and it ended up flooding my floor. These are just a few of the issues that I have had. The staff is friendly and are very accomodating when I call; however, I do believe that corners are being cut in order to get people into these apartments and that doesn't sit well with me at all.
