Lived here for four years as a student and have nothing but good things to say!

Park side apartments are to die for, amazing views - especially on floors 9 which are over the trees. Get a renovated apartment if you can for superior kitchen/soundproofing.

Professional management is kind and capable. Work orders are responded to ASAP. 5 day grace period on rent with a paper invoice reminder.

Doormen are fun and generally nice, despite their failing health and the depressing nature of the job. Very good at calling cabs and holding doors.

Maintenance crew is great and super friendly.

Only downside: it's dusty. Bring a HEPA.
