I try very hard to be a positive person, but sometimes you can't be nice.
If you want a nice apartment, do not move here.
If you see the display and not the actual apartment, you can be like me..the girl with a big "SUCKER" written on her forehead.
I came to move in to my apartment, and the girl who rented to me didn't even know who I was or what I was doing there.
The office staff did not accept my package when I was at work, (which I must do to pay the flippin rent for a dump), and it took one month to get my package back.
When I moved out, they naturally took my deposit..AND charged me for damages that never existed.
The apartment was actually in better condition when I moved out, from when I moved in.
In short...RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM PAVILION.
There is nothing positive to say.
