If you like slums the Pavillion is the place. The outside siding is badly weathered and nearly falling off. Several downspouts are loose and falling down from 3 stories. There are leaves, sticks, trash, broken glass, cigarette butts, rocks, and mud all over the grounds. There are two swimming pools. Neither are open in the middle of June this year. There is a tennis court with no net and a broken, torn up fence around it. Come inside and see the dull, badly stained, and practically worn out carpeting. The kitchen and bathroom countertops are covered in about 1/4 inch of spray paint. The walls have at least 1/4 inch of paint on them. You can't even see the texture anymore. The bathroom faucets don't work properly. Most of the electric plugs are loose and barely functional. All the windows are rickety and leak tons of cold air in the winter. The patio door creats a draft that can be felt on the other side of the living room (about 15 feet) in the winter. Don't bother with the office staff, especially Nikki and Sara. If you are not there to drop off your rent check, you are basically not welcome. The head property manager, Adrian, usually never has time to speak with any of his tenants. You are allways brushed off to the assistant who when you try to talk to her and explain a problem she accuses you of verbally abusing her. The leasing agents, especially one of them, Nikki, show absolutely no respect for the tenents. There is a hot tub on the premesis that has been non-functional for all the time I've been here (18 months). Swimming pools, when open, are full of grass and mud and are disgusting. I have only seen the filter run maybe once or twice. If you are afraid or alergic to spiders or any insects... Keep out!!! Their so called exterminator evidently sprays water or maybe even food into the corners of a few of the rooms of the apartment. We have poisonous spiders, ants, silverfish, milipedes, and I think termites. Luckilly there are no roaches, somehow. We had to use mouse traps to remove 8 mice from the walls around our food pantry. I can go on for another 1000 words but I think you should get the picture. I can honestly say that the only items in the apartment that are in good standing are the door to the coat closet and luckilly the deadbolt. Spend $500 a month and rent a much better, average place.
