Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
The wireing here is so bad that the places are always catching on fire. The staff is incompatent and rude. the residents are truely scary and creepy. the grounds are dirty and trashy.
These apartment are just one step above being homeless or maybe one step down I cant decide.
