Not Recommended AT ALL.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
We lived there for over a year--it was the most horrible experience ever. We moved into an apartment that had a broken window, took them 9 months to fix it, on top of, they just put caulk over the crack which peeled of a month later.
We got an animal stuck into the ceiling, some sort of raccoon or squirrel, they refused to call animal control to have it removed and said it would go out on it's own. They would foot no expense to this scratching thing right above my bedroom.
Office staff is horrible and they had my car towed when I was pregnant because they apparrently stickered the car saying it was derelict!''No. I drove it everyday. I ended up having to turn the title over on the car and letting them junk it.
Management that used to be there was horrible, told us even though were were pregnant that she would not let us move into a two bedroom that was CHEAPER than the one bedroom we were living in at the time.
The carpet was nasty, torn up and a pungent smell was coming from mine and the neighbor across the breezeways as well, they would not fix it.
There was half broken light fixtures that were broken when we got there, they never fixed it. Classified it as a minor repair and then never came to do it.
Major spider infestation.
Balcony floor was cracked and dipping out towards the edge so you always felt like you would fall. Two of the wooden spindles on the balcony ledge were popped out.
The wax ring on our toilet broke around christmas time and the persons ceiling underneath us fell out and he was nice about it. They came up "fixed it" and didn't put the screws back on my toilet to keep it from sliding around or rocking. Took them two days to put the screws back on. Would have put them on myself but they took them with them or threw them away.
Very expensive to heat and cool.
Renovation or not, the place is still nasty with horrible management. Prices are too high for any struggling person in this area, especially for the icky housing..
We were slapped with a 1000 dollar fine when we ended up getting the hell out of there because they AUTO RENEWED our lease without permission.
Continuous noise of drunken idiots out on the tennis courts, the police were always there constantly. We had to pay two pet deposits and additional each month for each cat. Ridiculous. VERY high.
I cannot express how deeply I do not recommend this place. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
