This place is a dump.

Please dont waste your time here.

I lived here for only one year and that was plenty.

The remodel is nice but dont let that fool you.

Here's is everthing I had problems with.
To start with one the very first day of move in we had problems.

I was assigned my apartment and had all my stuff ready to move in.

When I got there I was told that apartment wasnt ready yet so they would have to find me a different one.

They had only one other available and I had no choice to take it because I had no where else to go.
I lived on the bottom floor and whenever it would rain water would come up to the edge of the door.

I went to maintenance to let them know that they have a drainage problem and that they would take care of the problem.

Guess what''I came home from work about 11:30 pm to find my living room and my bedroom flooded..I mean flooded.

They had a cleaning service come out and clean the floors and put two huge fans in my apartment.

The fans ran for 3 days and the apartment smelled like mold.

It smelled so bad I couldn't stay.

I asked mgmt to reimburse me those days but they told me not a chance.
Both my airconditioner and heater went out.

Both took several days to get fixed.

My sink backed up a few times because the person above was stuffing food down the drains.

My toilet backed up at least 2 times because the sewer system kept backing up.

I came home from class one day to find a painter in my apartment without permission.

I soon discovered I had over $150 dollars of coins stollen from my room.

There's no telling when they have been in my apartment since they come and go when they please.
I had huge spiders living in my couch.

Also bugs I have never seen before.
I had -------- living next door always being loud and playing music.

One night I heard a lot of noise and looked out my door to find a mexican taking a pee outside the door.

The office staff is not friendly at all.

Especially the head manager Sarah.

I asked several times to meet with her to discuss some of the problems I had especially money being stolen but was never available.

I always got the run around that she was gone or in a meeting or at the airport.

All were lies.

They dont care at all about the residents.

This place needs a better manager who actually does her job.

Their doing all this work to remodel the apartments when instead they need to get a new staff.
