Normally I don't post on these sites, but as many others I relocated to STL from out of state, and can't say how much I was lied to when I flew up here to find an Apartment.

1. I was told about the volleyball courts open to all residents, they didn't mention you have to join the league to play.

2. I specifically stated I wanted a southern facing apartment with a clear view of the sky. I got southern facing, with tons of trees, so i had to go with the horrible cable company.

3. I thought I had signed for a 2 bed, 2 bath, and that wasn't the case

4. Remodeling consists of paint, new appliances, and that is it, not truely remodeled.

5. only 1 phone port worked when I moved in, and I had to wait 2 weeks for maintenance to come and fix.

6. only the living room was wired for cable

7. Management is very rude and slow.

8. Parking is horrible.

9. I have never seen many POLICE come to an apartment complex this much. Literally 2-3 times a month Police are either kicking people out of their apartments, arresting them, or investigating someones apartment for some reason.

Make SURE you look at the actual apartment other than the model. They definitely did a very good job when they remodelled the Show apartment, but this is definitely not the case.

I wish you the best of luck, but cannot recommend this apartment to anyone.
