I thought it would be a great place to live.. Close to my parents, fairly close to school (UMSL), and just in a great central area. Boy was I fooled! Our toilet has overflowed NUMEROUS times, not to mention the sewer line BREAK a couple of months ago. My apartment still reaks of sewage even though they have cleaned the carpets twice. Literally, my room was FLOODED. Not to mention the staff, rude and UNFAIR. My toilet is still broke, and keeps breaking and overflowing after flushing. Why don't they just put in a new toilet or a new line' I tried breaking my lease after the flood, but they denied it. Parking sucks too.
There was also a contracter boycotting the Pavilion Apartments not too long ago for about a week, saying that he wasn't paid for his work, I wouldn't doubt it.
Overall, I have never been so dissatified with a complex EVER. DO NOT RENT HERE.
