Worst place to live in Saint Louis!

Seriously, do not live here! I lived at the Pavilion for 1 year and hated every second of it - I even tried to break my lease a few times. The management is horrible, the maintenance is inept, and the property is old and disheveled. The Pavilion looks good on the surface because they put all their time and money into the clubhouse and they show you a brand new updated apartment when you visit. In order to remain anonymous, I won't be too specific, but the Pavilion has their way of screwing you every day. I did not feel safe at my apartment and I definitely did not feel important. Management: Ben is an idiot, Sue is a complete monster, and Sara acts like she gives a crap, but really is one of them. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
