Overall I like it here.
I will sum up living here for you.
There are a lot of younger people which is nice I have made a lot of friends within the complex.
Always a good day at the pool putting back a few.
One older lady in the office is real rude, but everyone else is pretty nice.
I really miss the hott tiny girl that worked there over the summer.
Going to the clubhouse during the day was worth it just to get a glimpse of her.
The events are pretty cool.
Maintainence is kind of slow, but I haven't had any real problems.
My biggest complaint is all the foreigners that sit and watch tv in the fitness center, some of us do actually go there to work out and I have caught them taking my laundry out of the dryer and putting their's in there using my paid dry time.
Seriously, that's rude, hwoever the laundry attendant is great! I might renew my lease.

I appreciate the honesty and telling both sides of the story...thanks! I just signed a lease here and so far it seems decent. I think what a lot of people forget is that it is APARTMENT LIVING...there will be annoying people and some noise...if you can't handle it, I suggest you buy/rent your own house. And it is obvious that the 2 worst reviews on here were written by the same person...and just because one person has an awful experience doesn't mean everyone will. Again, thanks for telling it how it really is...both sides.
