The Pavilion

This place is the worst place I have EVER lived in! This includes the crap holes that I lived in during my college years. There are people working on their broke down cars in the parking lot all the time. It is the wierdest crowd of people that live there. Beware of dogs that bark all the time, no one speaks english, your mail will not get picked up, people sit on the gym equipment to watch TV (and dont work out), the parking lots are always filled, the laundry room is gross (and wierd men watch you), the repair people that work for the apt steal (I had 2 nice rings stolen), and there are BUGS! You are way over charged for the tiny apartment you get. The place is a total rip off. My air conditioner broke and i have a huge dryer size appliance that was placed next to my bed and went out the window! I couldnt move it!! When they finally removed it (a month after the air had been fixed) there was a sick stain on the carpet. Then when we turned the heat on- that was broke too! It filled my house w/ smoke and set the detectors off. This happened again after they "fixed" it. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The pool is gross too, and the crowd that hangs out there is odd too. Its not fun young ppl. Its single family's and tons of kids. There is hair that is always floating around and band aids. Its sick! They offer you a great deal when you move it, but they will screw you over when it's time to leave! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I wish i had read a review like this before I made the mistak!!!! RUUUUUUNNNN!!
