The Pavilion

 

Been here for 23 and a half months.

New/nice appliances, Maintainence was here to help on 2 maybe 3 occations within 2 hours of calling the leasing office and the problems were fixed - Toilet running/sink clogged.

Apartment is very quiet only hearing very minimal noise/floor creeks from above tenant and once across the common wall Bathroom/kitchen I could hear the neighbors company which were young children with high voices, but was surprisingly muffled.

I think the walls here are awesome for noise control.

I have only seen like 2 silverfish and a couple cobbwebs in the areas that I dont dust ever.

Overall no pest problem..but I do not have any pets either...parking is great with oversized spaces, and still pleanty extra for random company visits and muliple vehicls.

Clubhouse is great all around although I never did get to watch any movies in the theater or play pool.

I did use the exercise equipment which is great except one of the treadmills is kinda touchy with the motor tripping out, but there was 2 others that worked fine.

The swimming pool was awesome also and always busy in the summer months.

And for any of you doubters that think I am some sort of management...just message me and I will try to prove my legitimacy.

I worked at Monsanto living here for nearly 2 years due to the even lower rent discount and I am very much a real person that lived and love this place.

Soon to be relocating to TX for a new job.
