I have only been here two weeks but i love my apartment. I rented on the ground level and it has been raining alot lately but no signs of any bugs or water damage but my apartment faces a flat courtyard. The only noise I hear upstairs is the person walking around sometimes, but never any voices. It is very peaceful. The neighborhood seems completely safe when I go to workout and do laundry. I have had to have maintenance come out for the dishwasher once because it needed a splasher paddle replaced and the someone came within a few hours. Same thing with the vents. I noticed there wasnt much air flow from the vents and when i called the leasing office there was someone out here within hours to fix it. I would recommend it.
