MOVING OUT...SO GLAD!!

So, where should I begin?
1) You're told that a "professional cleaing crew" will clean your apatment before move-in. When I moved it, it wasn't done. I even went to the offie on the very same day and talked to Porscha. She said it would get done, 6 months later, and still nothing.
2) BUGS BUGS BUGS!! I am a very clean person. I woke up the other morning with 7 spider bites! I know their spider bites because I'm constantly killing spiders and centipedes.
3) Water damage galore. I'll put pictures up after I move out...it's bad. It's all around my sliding glass door, the drywall is pretty much rotted out. They wanted to take a few days and replace our entire sliding glass door and everything, but didn't want to compensate us (and it was the middle of winter so how are we supposed to live here with an entire wall missing for a few days?) Also, becuase when it rains the water leaks in, our apartment is constantly damp, so we have nats. How attractive and clean.
4) Our bathroom faucet barely lets any water out....they never fixed that.
5) the lady above me runs a day care center and the guy next door is extremely loud late at night...compplaining to the tenants themselves and the office have done nothing.
6) There was a tow sticker put on my car. They were going to tow my car!! I called the office and was asked if my plates were expired. Umm...NO! She said that someone must have taken it off their car and put it on mine. Pretty impossible since when I tried to take it off, it shredded. They just don't want to admit it.
7)The gym is disgusting! Not to be racist, but the foreigners will stand on the treadmill and elipticals in jeans and flip flops and watch TV. People don't use towels and wipe off equipment...I've seen it several times. NASTY!
8)I could go on for days but I won't. Just please, for your own sake...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! For about the same price, I was lucky enough to get a special on a 2BR 1Bath loft downtown on Washington...very nice...very safe...very new...loved every minute of it. This place was a nightmare!
