I have lived here for about a year and have not had any problems. I have been lucky enough to not need anything fixed though so I can't really say much about that. I live on the top floor and do not hear my neighbors at all. No bug problems or water problems like some people are listing. Maybe being on the top floor helps. I have about 5 friends from work that live here also and haven't heard any problems from them.
Since my lease is almost up I have been looking at other places to live around here, I don't have a washer/dryer and wish I did. I haven't really found anywhere else worth moving too without paying a lot more. I think this is the best price for what you get the in area. The remodeled kitchens are nice. I do have one friend that won't work out in the gym because there are some guys that will just sit in there. It is a little weird but whatever, I am just there to work out I am not to worried about it. The area is nice in general and pretty quiet. The guy in charge of the laundry area is really friendly. I have been in there late at night and he always asks if the dryer are hot enough and doing a good job.
I did see some complaints about the staff. I haven't had a problem with them but they don't seem too outgoing, but they say thanks when you drop your rent check off. Anyways, I like it here I would recommended it to anyone. It is nice having the park just a few miles away. Plenty of parking at my apartment location.

I was just approved for an apartment at the Pavilion and although I've read many negative reviews I'm still going to accept it. I called Maryland Heights Police and was told the Pavilion is actually one of the better apartment complexes in the area when it comes to crime. Hearing the police officer say that made me feel better. It's good to know that you like it there. Hopefully I'll feel the same.
