You will be sorry. The staff has an selcetive memory. They advertise the use of a swimming pool that's never open and a laundry facilties in every building you can't use because the washers are always broken. There is also a police substation located in the apartment complex for St Louis County Police. They rarely use it. The only time I've ever seen the police in the area is when they been call. Like for a shooting incident. Three of them last year. There is open use of drugs and alcohol on the property in plain view. The office likes to post notices on the front entrance of buildings telling you what you can't do. When someone breaks one of their rules. They do nothing. Lord help you if you need maintence after 4pm. The sign on the office door says it closes at 6pm. I called a little past 4pm the pilot light went out on the furnace. The furnace is kept locked in the basement. The leasing agent told me I had to call the emergency number if I wanted to have hot water. I guess their office phones can't dial out after 4pm.
