I stayed there 5 yrs from april 01 to feb 06 the layouts are nice, washer and dryers in each aprtment, but you ahve so many differnet types of people living there oen that stood out the most is a Transgendered person who is the nosey, loudest and rudest person around. I mean the type of neighbor you would honest hate to have, for one this person assumes everything, spies n you and your guest, steals...ect plus she was super best friends with the manager which I thought was inappropriate. University plaza aka U-Club is right in the middle of everything its right next door to the FOX theater and around the corner from the projects and up the street from downtown st louis.
