This place is a good short stop on the road to somewhere you really want to live. Maintenance requests take forever to be serviced, and some are never taken care of. We've been waiting for months to have our air conditioning serviced, as dust is just about covering the main vent. There is always some form of solicitation left on the door, which is very annoying. There are always children, mostly teen boys, roaming and congregating throughout the complex, and most nights it's quite noisy.
We moved in with good intentions but right now cant wait to get out. Tenants are constantly moving out of the complex. The staff in the office is not very professional and seem quite clueless at times.
I never want to hear about Mills Properties again. On the website the other properties look a lot better maintained. Victorian Village is the worst of the lot.
