We lived here for an year and moved out very recently. I visit this website to get ratings on apartments. So I thought it's only fair to share my view about this apartment. This may not be the newest apartment but they make up for it with excellent maintenance/ admin team. This apartment complex is much safer than other places near by. Rent is very reasonable n flexible lease terms. Very close to highways, hospitals, departmental stores, malls. I never had a parking problem as there was a service lane behind my apartment, so I can see my car from my apartment. Overall it was a great experience n would definitely recommend it to people like me who r on short term projects n looking for flexible lease.
