These apartments are located in the middle of Creve Coeur. Located next to everything. Two large movie theaters, grocery stores within walking distance, west county night life, great restuarants, and more.

The office staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. ----, the property manager, is awesome and really knows her stuff. She has help me with any problems I have had. She has given me probably the best experience I have had at an apartment. --- is helpful and friendly, always asking how i'm doing. Work request are taken and done very quickly.

There is plenty of parking, if you want a garage. Sometimes if you don't have a garage it can be hard to find a spot real close to your apartment.

Otherwise, i am very happy at Waterford Downs. Again, the staff is wonderful.
