Nice Community in a great location

This is a very good apt. community overall.
The community is made of mostly affluent apartment dwellers. All ages are represented. Location is great and surrounding area is excellent. Gyms, tanning, restuarants, grocery store, cleaners, etc. are all very close.
Parking is great with or without the optional garage. This is the first apt. I lived in where I feel my car is safe.
Noise is very low for an apartment.
Grounds are well maintained.
I'm guessing this is one of the safer complexes in St. Louis area. I feel safe here.
Office staff is great. --- and ---- are both always very friendly and helpful.
Overall, I am very pleased with living here and if I was staying in the area, I would renew my lease.
Highly recommended!
