Why does it matter who a manager is dating? The postman is not a resident, is he? This response just proves, that someone has a personal vendetta against one manager. Maybe this person lost their job, when Berkshire took over, or more likely is one of the people who lost their job after working with Berkshire. I've been to Waterford Downs and know the property is emmaculate. It's close to everything, and if I could afford the rent, I would have rented there. The apartments are amazing, the ammenities are great, and I don't care who the management or maintenance staff is dating.

-------- was not nice or helpful with that terrible mold problems. She didn't create the problems here but she didn't accept responsiblity for solving them. ---- --------- is terrific and the new roofs solved the mold issue in my unit which is on the top floor.
