Decent Management in an awesome location

The management responds adequately and work with you to resolve any issues (broken dishwasher, insulation problems). The construction isn't very well done, but adequate enough. However the main reason to live here is the extremely convenient location: walking distance to the grocery store and Trader Joe's... at 270 and olive, it's easy to drive anywhere in St. Louis and across the river to St. Charles.
