I love living at Waterford Downs. Maintainence is very helpful and prompt. Management is courteous. My guests always compliment my unique floor plan, vaulted ceiling, fireplace open to 4 rooms, washer/dryer, dressing room, study, bb-q safe balcony, ice-maker,high speed internet . I think these were built in 1989. I love the heated garage. The outdoor pool is open like May 1 to November 1. I think the price $950/m for almost 1200sq ft. with all the amenity's and conviences is fair. The comparable condo, 1 bed,1 study, 1 big bath, balcony, parking, no fireplace and no in unit laundry room in this zip is over $300,000.
