Waterford Downs is a wonderful place to live. The management team and the staff are professionals, and they truly care about the health and well-being of their residents. I can say this because when I recently lost power in my apartment I was offered a place to stay until my power was restored. I would rate Waterford Downs a 10 out of 10.
