We leased an apartment for 6 months and found the accommodations to be superior and a great home away from home. The facilities are well maintained and maintenance requests (albeit minor) were dealt with promptly. We especially found the staff and management to be very friendly and open with a "can do" attitude during our stay. The parking garage was a bonus during the winter months as well. I would say that the breezeways and stairwells could be swept more often. If our travel plans took us back to St louis in the future for an extended stay, would definitely consider Waterford Downs as our first choice.
