I have lived in a dozen apartments in the last 10 years, and the quality and service of Waterford Downs is beyond compare.
The location is perfect, the facilities are always well kept, and the management is incredibly friendly and accommodating. When I need a lightbulb changed, or any other service performed, the maintainance staff is always here within minutes.
My neighbors are friendly and respectful. I have never once had to complain that someone was throwing a late night party, or blaring thier music. I have made several friends by just saying "hello" as we pass each other on the sidewalks.
Every time it snowed in the winter, the crew was fast in thier response to salt the walkways and stairs, and always had the roads within the complex plowed in the early hours of the morning so we could easy begin our trek to work.
I can't tell you how impressed I am with the management staff. They hand deliver me packages that I have missed while at work - They have come in and fed my pets when I was away for the weekend; They have even stopped and helped me carry in groceries. Once, the manager Kody helped me carry firewood into my apartment in his suit and tie!
The vaulted ceilings, wall length windows, heated undergroud parking, AWESOME gym and clubhouse, and glass walled fireplaces speak for themselves, but it is the friendly atmosphere of the tenants, and the exceptional service by the staff that sets Waterford downs apart from ever other place I have lived. Just look, you have to be either really bad, or exceptionally good for me to seek out an apartment review site and give a detailed review.
