The appearance is VERY deceiving. If you think the clubhouse/leasing office is a reflection of the quality apartment you will receive or of resident services, you are sorely mistaken. In the two years I have lived here, I have yet to see a proper maintenance job. Expect to talk to rude and rather snobbish receptionists only to have your request "fixed" in about week, if not longer. If you are lucky, the repairman will have corrected the problem and you won't have to call again.

In addition, if you own a car that you would like to keep, I would suggest an alarm system. I've had a car stolen due to parking and have had a friend's car broken into. While I realize it is not the fault of the apartment complex that my vehicle was stolen, for what I pay for rent, the parking situation should be alleviated.

Overall, I feel that my rent exceeds the services I get in return. I would not reccomend West Pointe to anyone who is looking for a quality apartment in West County.
