I think the community is fine.

While WestPointe is not brand new, it is also not expensive. I pay $420 for a one bedroom apartment in West County - where else can you find that' The inside could be updated a bit, but the carpet is in good condition and all the appliances work just fine. My patio is large and enclosed and I love the HUGE walk in closet. I once had a problem with spiders and the maintenence supervisor, Kelly, talked to me personally and has continued to schedule me monthly pest control visits, and even checked the outside of my apartment for holes. I am happy to say my apt is way better. I think that West Pointe offers decent quality of living at decent prices.
