I have no horrible complaints

I have lived here for a little over 2 years, and actually this year my rent went down by 10 dollars. I think it was to make up for having to charge for water and sewer. The only reason I gave the "Grounds Appearance" a 2 is that they are doing construction, so obviously it's not perfect right now. I do believe there should be better lighting though. It?s not bright enough on the lot. It?s not a bad place to live for 620 a month for a 2 bedroom, and believe me I can afford much more, at least triple that price. I?m just cheap. The people that are complaining so much need to step back and really look at what they get for the money. They need to realize they are not paying 1,500 a month, and to be honest they probably couldn?t afford it if it was that price, and that is why they are living here anyway.
