I will NOT be renewing my lease.

I can't wait for August to get here so I can move on out and find somewhere to live where it doesn't need to be condemned.
Around Thanksgiving, we had a little snow and when it melted, it started seeping in through the roof and into my apartment...except I live on the first floor, so OBVIOUSLY there's a serious leak and the roof needs to be replaced. AFter being dicked around all Thanksgiving weekend with no one being in the office and no one at Gannon Management to help me, I finally got a letter on my door saying the roof would be replaced the first week of December.
So I wake up one morning a month later to a torrential downpour and guess what! Water is seeping into my apartment again through the roof! I called West Pointe immediately and was informed that the roof had indeed NOT been replaced and a lame excuse about an expired roofing contract was given. "We're hoping to get it replaced this month."
I cannot wait until August. I am counting down the days. This building needs to be condemned. I've had countless other problems with leaky pipes when the upstairs neighbors took a shower, spiders get into my apartment all the time and it just looks dingy in here (not any cause of mine, it looked that way from the second I moved in.)
Hurry up August.
