We are open Monday-Friday 9-6,Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 12-5. We have extended hours to address any maintenance concerns or use of the clubhouse after hours. The extended hours are as follows: Monday-Thursday 6-10,
Saturday 5-11, Sunday 5-10.

West Pointe has an office staff that consists of 10 personnel to ensure that all of our residents receive the best service possible. Someone is always avaiable to take your maintenance calls or requests. West Pointe also has a Maintenance Coordinator to assist with maintenance concerns.

We can assure you that someone is always avaible to answer the phone. Please contact us about any concerns that need addressed so we may rectify any concerns immediately.

You are such liars, this place needs new staff and Property owners. Too many mistakes made and lying. People become sick living here.
